Long story short: EVERYWHERE
Getting your first job is about applying everywhere until someone hiring finally thinks, 'Hm... I know this person still has a lot to learn, but I trust their ability to learn and will take a chance on them'. You will get a lot of rejections. It's a numbers game, so apply everywhere.

Track your stats
It’s good to also play the numbers game when you apply. Here are two sites to track what you’re applying to:
Huntr — basic plan is free, but has some pretty cool metrics on upgrade
Job Hound — always free; add as many jobs as you like
Here’s some useful stats from one of my last interview rounds to put numbers a bit more into perspective:
30 Recruiter Screens
30 Coding Rounds (coderpad.io, hackerrank, take home projects, etc.)
11 Onsite Asks
5 Onsites Completed
3 Job Offers
1 Job Chosen
These are hopefully goals for when you are looking for your second or third job in tech. For your first job, you will have to have a much larger pipeline to get to even one job offer. Nevertheless, note it gets easier over time! You will have that to look forward too :)
